Groovy Lights: Icon
Groovy Lights is now available in the Icon style for 81xx, 83xx and 88xx BlackBerry devices running OS 4.5 only. After making Les Couleurs available in this style, I felt compelled to give Groovy Lights the same treatment, and I must say, I really like the looks of GL in the Icon style. But then again, making and using these Icon styled themes has reaffirmed my admiration for larger icons on my BB screen. Of course, this is something owners of newer BlackBerry devices don’t have to worry about, since these phones already come equipped with larger icons due to OS 4.6.
Nonetheless, Groovy Lights – Icon makes as a great addition to one’s theme arsenal, with its clear custom icons and ‘cut-to-the-chase’ functionality. Plus, the overall ‘wallpaper friendliness’ of GL, makes this theme a definite keeper.
